Logic II Overview
As a multi-site, multi-client solution, transparency, systems and processes
Enables full stock traceability, from point of receipt to point of despatch, for each and every item that moves through our warehouse.
Logic II is a custom built warehouse management, stock control system and customer online interface in one and is one of the most comprehensive, easy-to-use systems created.
Logic II Manages all aspects of a warehouse operation, management information and online customer access.
By controlling goods in, stock location, picking, packing, despatch and commutation flags:

Management Monitoring
With Logic II monitoring screens we can plan work flows and prioritize orders as customers require, while motioning the status of orders and SLA performance.
Logic II stock control systems monitor orders, goods in and any adjustments made to the stock either manually or system generated whilst recording the details in to the product history and reporting on the exceptions to the norm for further investigation by the stock control team.
Logic II takes the picking process to another level from splitting order in to TWO, By hand (Low level) and by machine (High Bays) as well as stream lining the picking route for the quickest and least number of locations to pick from.
Hand Held Scanners
Logics II picking by scanners allows quick and accurate picking, reducing the need for product and process knowledge, allowing us to give higher standards across all customers picking requirements. The picker gets directed on every part of the process with simple instructions to follow allowing an operator to up and running with in only a few minutes of training. Verification checking by barcode of correct location, item, repository then full order checking to eliminate user errors.
Quality and accuracy is key to our business, to maintain this quality, Barcode scanners are used to Blind check Picks, cycle counts and spot checks with out stopping the days normal activities allowing the system to do the work and only reporting the exception back to the operator.
With the investment in to the latest imaging 2D barcode scanners we can handle all types of customer barcode and image coding to meet there needs, a few of the formats accepted.
