?Q. What methods do you use to accept orders?
A. Telephone, Fax, Email, Online input, CSV & XML Files. We can also integrate into the back end of your website to process sales. If you have a preferred way, we can almost certainly manage it.

Q. What records do you keep or can you provide?
A. All airway bills (AWB's) are recorded and tracked to ensure Proof-of-delivery (P.o.D). Information is always available for client request.

Q. What types of storage can you provide?
A. Storage: A variety of storage capabilities are offered to support a wide range of storage solutions. Typically, one solution rarely suits all customer requirements, but we are able to adapt and modify, carefully selecting the right solution for each of our customers.
These are the types of storage we specialise in:
• Pallet Storage : GKN Blue (1.2m x 1.0m x 1.2m) and Euro Pallets (0.9m x 1.0m x 1.2m).
• Bulk Storage : Large items, oversize pallets by size or weight available at a competitive sq ft rate.
• Secure Shelf Storage : Available within a secure storage area and suitable for high value, hand pickable items. Shelf space is available by the sq ft. Shelf height is 18" however flexibility exists to accommodate larger products.

Q. How can I retain control of my stock and fulfilment?
A. All stock is maintained by computer control and the use of barcodes automates booking-in and reduces human error. Stock can be located efficiently for picking and periodic audit checking. Stock lists and order status are available for customers to check 24/7 online through the fulfilment control centre.

Q. How much security do you have?
A. Security is a strong point with D3; we have gated access, 24 hr patrols protecting your products with CCTV and security alarms linked to the local police authority through industry standard BT Redcare installation.

Q. Can you notify when goods are shipped?
A. We can automatically notify by text, email or voicemail when goods have been dispatched. We can set customers up to be notified at any point in the order process or even when products become out of stock.

Q. Can you organise overseas shipments or deliveries?
A. Yes we can.
